Join Petra with Sound Mind Garden on Friday, August 14th for a calming, immersive experience where soothing vibrations from crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other resonant instruments fill the museum's inspiring surroundings.
Participants will relax among exhibits celebrating the natural world, the harmonious sounds encouraging deep relaxation, mindfulness, and a renewed sense of connection to nature, history, and the rhythms of the Earth.
No prior experience is necessary. Simply bring a yoga mat, pillow, and/or blanket, get comfortable, and allow the sounds to guide you into a peaceful state of rest and reflection.
Space is limited and registration is required. Doors open at 5:40 p.m. with the sound bath beginning promptly at 6:00 p.m. Due to the nature of the event, doors will be locked at 6:05 p.m. to ensure the sound bath is not interrupted. Please be sure to arrive before 6:00 p.m.
